Sustainability, Circularity, Connectivity
Asia-Pacific Industrial Week for Plastics, Rubber, and Composites
The PMT will debut for the first time at the Tainan Exhibition Center from June 4th to 6th, 2025. It is under the guidance of the International Trade Administration. Co-organized by the Taiwan Plastics Industry Association and the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei, it focuses on plastic and rubber materials, products, and composite. It brings together leading industry associations and government resources, with sustainability, circularity, and connectivity as its main themes, stepping onto the global stage. Global buyers are invited to visit Taiwan, synchronously marketing Taiwan to the world.
During the same period, the PMT SUMMIT - Plastic and Rubber Industry Innovation Summit, International Buyer Matchmaking Event, and Industry Resources and Innovation Development Matchmaking Event will be held. The inaugural exhibition is expected to attract 250 exhibitors and more than 9,000 professional visitors from over 40 countries and regions.
Through the integration of resources by the International Trade Administration, and cooperation with overseas professional media, over 20 matchmaking events are expected to be held in more than 40 countries. Buyers will mainly come from the United States, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, and other countries.
By guiding industry trends and strengthening international connections, a platform for exchange and procurement in the Asia-Pacific region's plastics and rubber industry will be established in Taiwan. This will increase opportunities for international buyers to come to Taiwan for procurement, forming a one-stop comprehensive plastic and rubber procurement service during the PMT.
